Kvarteret Byggmästaren' in Falköping is an apartment building with three stories, featuring 18 rental apartments and an underground basement with storage and technical facilities. The project started with a win in a land allocation competition organized by Falköping municipality.
The building resembles townhouses in its scale. The façades are variated with different volumes and clad with various types of brick that have been carefully laid with fine detailing. The roofs are completely covered with thicker grass/sedum roofing. Residents have patios at ground level, balconies, and the top apartments have their own large rooftops.
The building has a gross area of approximately 1350 square meters.
The building was inaugurated in 2023 and has been awarded the Falköping Architecture Award 2024.
